Sound familiar?

The things that stop most people from trying freediving, answered honestly.

"I've never held my breath underwater on purpose."

Most of our students are beginners. We start with the fundamentals: breathing, relaxation, equalization, and safety, before progressing to deeper or more advanced skills.

"I'm not a strong swimmer."

You don't need to be an athletic swimmer to get started. You should be comfortable in the water, and your coach will adapt the training to your experience and ability.

"This sounds dangerous."

Safety is built into every lesson. You'll train under the direct supervision of a certified coach and learn the safety practices used throughout the Molchanovs training system.

"I don't have any gear."

No problem. You don't need to own specialized equipment to get started. We'll let you know what to bring for your first class and what gear is worth investing in as you progress.

"I don't know if I'll actually like it."

That's what your first class is for. Come try freediving in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment and see how it feels, without committing to further lessons or a certification course.

Quick answers

Do I need my own gear?
